Hello everyone.
The case is coming to an end. The Jury are making conclusions now.
Both the UT and the Elites have been notified of this event.
We would like the two armies to one more time, debate. Defend anything else they can defend.
The Elites have filed and offence to the United Troopers. They say, the UT has to be banned from the court for a few week for:
-Lying
-Black-mailing
Now, what does the United Troopers have to say about this? The Jury is still making conclusions so ANYONE can change this. The Elites have won over the evidences but the case is not yet ended.
We shall try to finish this as early as possibly for most people will be celebrating Christmas.
To comfort you all, we may sound strict but do not fear, we are good people 
. We just have to be strict during these cases.

Thank you Judge Dee. I have a statement to make of Sir Gen’s statement. These acts are promoted to servers that do not have embassies in them. Elites have chosen UT’s server as Down Under and allow UT to establish an embassy. However, since the server will soon be ours, we should have the right to set up our own laws. The Acts will not be violated in any way. What is meant by NO UNIFORMS is once again, FIGURATIVE. It means that no military practice, force, or activity will be prohibited. The Elites have the right to make their own laws because the CPUN does not have anything to do with Nation Servers. Either way, we will make sure we do not violate the terms. Please post these acts somewhere so when we make Embassy rules, we can refer to them.
Secondly, the UT have not responded in FOURTEEN DAYS. One month is more than enough for the UT to respond and it is unjust to the Elites. We have debating against no one and the UT have not even bothered to say anything.

THE ELITES HAVE PROOF. What do the UT have? Nothing. Thay have made claims about Elites lying, using bots, making fun of UT, and we switched servers. All of the following will be clearly explained:
1. No proof of lying and/or hacking/threats of hacking by Elites, so this is dismissed were as we have proof. (please ask).
2. Bots are not illegal, it is unfair. We did not use bots, there is once again no proof, so this is dismissed.

This symbol means war, and Its time to kill ELITE. They are annoying brats who claim our servers and they think own it. Well news flash, YA DON’T.

This is our proof of them saying nasty things of us. Where is their proof? I don’t know. As for the server change, the UT were clearly notified of it and there is proof. (please ask). Once again, I want to point out the major difference of the lack of proof. The Elites have proof to support everything they say (please ask) and the UT have nothing but stupid lies. Even if there was Elites hacking the UT, it was not during court detention and it does not count as a violation.

When someone runs out of evidence, I guess. You cannot change a server in a REAL war without both sides agreeing. In WWIII, Oagalthorp changed the rooms (considered retreating) and claimed to win. That video is still on YouTube.

1. Lies – What lies?? Where are the details?? Please explain all the “lies” the Elites have “committed” and present your proof.
2. Cheating – This was a SERVER INVASION. I AM MAKING A STANDING POINT THAT THIS WAS NOT A SCHEDULED WAR. THE ELITES HAD COMMAND OF THE INVASION, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A WAR.
3. Bots – As far as bots go, there is no proof of bots and there is no supporting evidence.
4. Hacking – This was BEFORE a court session or war. This does not violate any matter because it is an Elites IFA problem.
5. “Nasty Things” – Since when in modern times is saying “Nasty Things” about each other a conflict to be taken to court? This action heavily implies that the UT are desperate to hang on to something that the Elites SAID.
